 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photos of the product and if there are any damages to the packaging. Returns cannot be completed without proof of damages. 

 

International Shipping

Please review your countries policies and procedures. For international purchases, you are responsible for all additional fees associated with your countries importing fees, such as customs, duties, important tax, VAT Fees. I am not responsible to delays or lost packaging.
